The company is engaged in the sale of household furniture and home furnishing. It was incorporated in January of 2000 and has a registered head office located in Sils, Spain. The company is primarily involved in the sale of the following products: household furniture, such as baby furniture box springs and mattresses, and outdoor furniture; office furniture with the exception of those sold in combination with office supplies and equipment; and furniture sold in combination with major appliances, home electronics, home furnishings, and floor covering. These custom-made products, as well as larger volumes, therefore form an integral part of the company's day-to-day business.
